I had a unique opportunity last night to photograph the talented Deborah Paswaters in action!  The world of fine art has always appealed to my artsy side, so this was very cool to be a part of!  This weekend is the much anticipated Scottsdale Fashion Week and last night Paswaters art was showcased in one of the fashion art walks.  Here’s a little peek at the night’s events:

I think Alexis was about 2 years old the first time we had a photo session together!  J & T have some fantastic scenery right around their home, so that’s where we did this session!  Love this one…

Couldn’t resist doing a few by this beautiful staircase!

I think this is the sweetest stage where a child is losing their baby teeth… it’s kinda that last bit of “baby” in them before becoming a big kid!

Meet adorable baby Will…

When I first met Will’s mom and dad, he was still a sweet little baby bump  And a little mystery… mom and dad found out he was a HE on delivery day!

I have been wanting to get mom and dad’s maternity photos up here on the blog for a while, but since we are now at the point of posting Will’s photos, I thought I would do a little mix of both sessions here.  Isn’t this little cap the CUTEST!!

Will’s time of birth…

I take about 90% of a newborn’s photos once they fall asleep, but sometimes, just sometimes they look this sweet with their little eyes open and I can’t resist!

And a sleepy yawn… yes, they eventually succumb to sleep and the photo shoot really begins!  The sweater Will is wrapped in is very special, as are the caps he and daddy are wearing… I’m so glad they brought these things to incorporate!

I’m actually finding that the desert has some quite spectacular colors if you look in the right places…
