L family has welcomed their baby boy, Anderson to the family and he is just as beautiful as his big sister!  And since it’s no secret that my favorite place to photograph a newborn is in Daddy’s hands, I thought I would start with this shot…

I am so excited for my friends right now… I have a huge smile and happy dance for them as they just announced the news that they will be going to Utah THIS WEEKEND to get their son Keane.

They started the adoption process not too long ago and God has answered their prayers quickly!  Some of you may already be familiar with their story and their journey, but if you aren’t, they have a blog that they have kept that I urge you to read!  CJ’s words will touch you at the core… he speaks for himself and his amazing wife and let’s us see a glimpse into their hearts and their story.

They are in need of the finances to bring their little one home and well as lots of prayer of their behalf!  Please visit The Bergmen’s Blog and read their story.  They have a pay pal account that you can donate to if you feel so lead.  I am so excited to meet this little guy and see how the Lord works out each little detail for their family!

When I first met with Jen, I knew right away that I really wanted to photograph her big day!  Her smile and joy are infectious and the way she talked about her hubby-to-be, made we want to be there to see them join their lives.  Jen & Aaron… thanks so much for inviting me to be a part of your day!  I’m going to get straight to the photos, because there are lots to share… so get comfy!

The reception was set up so fantastically!  Jen and Aaron and both lovers of reading, so they included that bit of themselves, quite cleverly, into the decor!  Loved this!
