For every dirty diaper, every 3 am wakeup, every spit-up, every uh-oh…through the potty training, the tantrums, the tears, and the tornado of messes…
You get a love that is deeper than you ever thought possible.
The line from Where the Heart Is rings true: ”How can you love someone so much that you just met?”
But you do.
And their teeny tiny face is something that you could stare at for hours in awe.
They are yours and you are theirs.
What a miraculous gift from the Creator of all good things.
And a very Happy 1st Mothers Day to my beautiful friend Steph! Praising God for His answer to our prayers…your precious little guy Zachary.
